▶︎ We work with UPS International Mail Services, which is the most affordable, quickest, and only option we have available for shipping our orders outside of the contiguous 48 United States & Canada.
▶︎ Once your order leaves our print partner's facility, it will be delivered on average between 3 and 5 days.
▶︎ Due to the size and weight making a difference in our costs, we've added shipping cost options for you to select the best option from this listing's dropdown options, which matches the product & size you're ordering.
▶︎ Shipment deliver time tracking link is provided for orders shipping to Canada, provided by our support once we have it available.
▶︎ Contact us if you have questions at any point, or feel your order is taking longer than expected, and we're glad to help you the best we can. You are encouraged to reach out via email anytime.
Once we receive your order and have any additional custom information needed, we will begin your art proof.

Please Note: We will have to increase the delivery date if days extend past 2 days from the original order date, in order to keep up our fulfillment promise. It may not take the length that is extended to deliver the order, but it can.

We will exchange any defective item(s), and ship you a replacement at any time within 30 days after you receive your item(s); Due to the nature of these products, there are NO Refunds. Simply let us know about any defects/issues via email message within 30 days after receiving your order, and we'll work to ensure your purchase with us is Pretty Perfect.
NOTE: Please don't mail any items back to us, UNLESS we authorize the return shipment first.

Processing Times:

You will typically receive your order within 7-10 business days from your order date.

Your order will be made-to-order & on average takes 3-5 business days to process, produce, and ship your order via UPS/FedEx/USPS ground 3-5 business day shipping.(A shipping tracking link is provided to you, as it's available)

We will replace any damaged items and send you a replacement at any time within 30 days after you receive your items.  Simply reach out to our support and let us know about any defects/issues via email or facebook messenger, to begin expediting your replacement. 

• We will always send you a replacement if your item is incorrect from what you originally ordered. 

• In the event of a lost package by USPS, we will send you a replacement at no charge to you.  

NOTE: Since each item is made-to-order, never worry about mailing any items back to us.
