What are your shipping times?
Your item will arrive within 6 to 12 business days from ordering, on average.
Our standard is 3-5 business days for processing & production; and 3-7 business days for shipping.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for you to receive a product that's Pretty Perfect for you! Should your item(s) arrive in damaged condition, please message our support; tell us about the issues, also including any photos of the damage, and our support will replace any defective item(s) that we're made aware of, at any time within 30 days after receiving your item(s).
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds. Contact our support team for assistance with your order. We do not restock or resell merchandise, so please do not attempt to ship your items back to us.
